Swim School Safety & Training Policies
Discover our policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for everyone.

1. Registration Requirement: All students must complete the registration process before joining any swim program.
2. Scheduling: The swim school and the client will coordinate to determine mutually convenient lesson days and times.
3. Attire: It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap, swimsuit, and goggles during all lessons.
4. Payment Policy: Full payment must be made before a schedule is provided. Private or one-on-one sessions attract an additional fee of GHC 500 per package.
5. Pool User Fee: Packages do not include the pool user fee unless explicitly stated.
6. Health and Safety: Any health concerns must be disclosed to management before starting lessons.
7. Cancellation Policy: Lessons must be canceled at least 3 hours in advance to allow for rescheduling. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the session.
8. Attendance & Punctuality: If a student is late, the class will continue, and the missed minutes will not be made up unless otherwise agreed upon with the instructor. If the instructor is on-site and the student does not attend without a valid reason, the session will be marked as completed.
9. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
